1.वर्तमान काल जारी है सकारात्मक: 

पहचान: वाक्य के आंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे है, रहा हूँ, रही हूँ आदि का प्रयोग होता है.  

Rule: sub + am / is / are + v1 + ing + o

Note: ऐसे वाक्य में समय आ भी सकता है और नहीं भी लेकिन समय का लगातार प्रयोग नहीं होना चाहिए अगर हो गया तो वह वाक्य present perfect continues tense बन जाता है

Present continues tense Affirmative(P.C.T) : 

Rule: sub + am / is / are + v1 + ing + o

Time may or may not come in such a sentence, but time should not be used continuously, if done then that sentence becomes perfect perfect continues

use of 

I = am.          we, you, they, P.N= are               he, she, it = is

for e.g.

 1. आप ने आज P.C.T सीखा है|    

     You are learning P.C.T toady.   

 2. वह आप को स्टेज पर बुला रहा है| 

     He is calling you on the stage. 

 3. सतीश उसके साथ खाना खा रहा है| 

     Satish is having dinner with him 

     or

     Satish is getting dinner with him

2. वर्तमान काल जारी है नकारात्मक:

पहचान: वाक्य के आंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे है, रहा हूँ, रही हूँ आदि का प्रयोग होता है.  वाक्य के बिच में नहीं का आना जरुरी है| 

Rule: sub + am / is / are + not  + v1 + ing + o

Note: ऐसे वाक्य में समय आ भी सकता है और नहीं भी लेकिन समय का लगातार प्रयोग नहीं होना चाहिए अगर हो गया तो वह वाक्य present perfect continues tense बन जाता है

It is necessary to not be in the middle of the sentence.
